Therapy Services and Fees:

Out of Network Benefits – All of our therapists are considered out-of-network providers, which means we do not accept insurance. While we do not file insurance for our clients, we will provide you with an insurance claim form that will allow you to submit a claim, if applicable with your out of network benefits. Full payment is expected at time of service. Check with your insurance carrier directly to obtain information about your benefits and out-of-network benefits as well. Additionally, we also work on a sliding fee basis, if needed. Please call our office at 770-726-9624 for more information.

Georgia Support Services – We work with different support services in the state of Georgia regarding services and funding. If you are members with a Georgia support services provider, we are happy to determine if we can accept funding support from your provider. Please contact our Billing Department with your member status and paperwork at 770-726-9624 or
