Charity’s goal in therapy is to create an environment in which clients feel comfortable being themselves as they grow to understand the unique ways that they have been created. She primarily uses interpersonal talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and play therapy techniques in order to meet the varying needs of her clients. Charity is passionate about celebrating the progress that her clients make as they learn to conquer life’s challenges.

In her free time, Charity enjoys adventuring in the outdoors with her pets Chance and Hippie, reading, writing, cooking, and exploring the city to discover all that it has to offer.
