I have a passion and belief in the POWER of the mental health field and what individual, family and group counseling can do to shape and change one’s life. Since working with children, adolescents, adults, parents and families for over 20 years, my specialties focus on social skills development, interpersonal relationships, verbal and nonverbal communication, as well as understanding and identifying client strengths, beliefs, and passions so that they may find a purposeful path. I work with those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD and other Learning Difficulties, Anxiety, Depression, Bi-polar, and life transitions at all ages. I also enjoy providing parents with incite on ways to parent their children.

What do I like to do in my free time?

Play with my animals! I have 2 goldendoodle dogs and a ragdoll cat. I also enjoy cooking, painting, drawing, music, being outdoors and traveling.
