Process-oriented groups invite members to talk about their concerns without any planned topics or activities. Some process groups have specific themes while others are more general.

Support groups are open to anyone, and are offered as a space where individuals can come together to share their stories, experiences, and lives in a way that helps reduce isolation and loneliness.
